The processing of your data is necessary to fulfill the provision of services to be entered into between you and DIKARTZ, or to carry out pre-contractual procedures at your request. 3.2 Right to rectification: you have the right to request the rectification of personal data that is inaccurate, as well as the right to request that data that is not complete be duly completed.

3.3 Right to request the deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”): in certain situations, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data, when one of the following reasons applies in particular:

a) The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;
b) The data subject has withdrawn his or her consent to the processing of the data (in cases where processing is based on consent) and there are no other grounds for such processing;
c) The data subject opposes the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing;
3.4 Right to restriction of processing: the data subject has the right to obtain from DIKARTZ the restriction of processing if one of the following situations applies in particular:

a) To contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows DIKARTZ to verify its accuracy;
b) The data processing is lawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of their personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of its use;
c) DIKARTZ no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but this data is required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;

3.5. Right to data portability:

If the processing depends on the consent of the data subject and that consent has been given by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her that he/she has provided to DIKARTZ in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

In cases where data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by DIKARTZ;

b) profiling, the data subject may also object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will no longer be processed, unless there is another legal basis for such processing.

The right to lodge a complaint with DIKARTZ or with the National Data Protection Commission, which is the competent supervisory authority in Portugal.
